PV-Holdings focuses on apartment properties throughout the Portland metro area that provide clean, well-maintained, and affordable places to live. While our communities may not be marketed as luxury, they are treated with the same level of attention, investment, and responsibility.
As a hands-on owner-operator, we believe that good housing starts with consistent maintenance, proactive improvements, and respect for residents. We reinvest in our properties to keep them in strong condition and ensure they remain dependable homes for years to come.
The Process
Step 1 – Browse Available Properties
View our current listings on Zillow — links to each property's available units are conveniently listed on our homepage. Find a property that fits your needs and explore unit details before taking the next step.
Step 2 – Apply
All applications are submitted through Zillow. Applications are processed on a first come, first served basis.
Step 3 – Screening
Each applicant will undergo a credit check, background check, rental history verification, and income verification. A minimum monthly income of three times the rent is required.
Step 4 – Approval
Once your application has been reviewed, you will be notified of your approval status. Please note that properties are rented on a first come, first served basis and will remain available until all move-in requirements are met.
Step 5 – Sign the Lease
All approved applicants must sign a lease agreement and provide first month's rent prior to receiving keys.
Step 6 – Move In
Welcome home! Monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month and can be paid through RentRedi (online portal), or by Money Order or Cashier's Check. Please note that personal checks and cash are not accepted.
